Child Safety Standards

Edicta is intended exclusively for adults and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
1. Age Requirement
Edicta is intended only for users who are legally allowed to use the app and who meet the minimum age requirements in their jurisdiction.
Minors are not permitted to use Edicta.
2. Prohibited Content
The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited:
- sexualized content involving minors
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- grooming or exploitation of minors
- attempts to connect minors with adult interactions
- requests for illegal sexual content
3. Reporting
Users can report content, profiles or behavior that violates these standards.
Reports may be submitted through available in-app reporting mechanisms or by contacting support.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate action, including:
- content removal
- account suspension
- permanent account termination
- reporting to relevant authorities where legally required
